In 2009 we made a conscious decision to only put a few mares to the stallions, we have sadly lost Mikalina and have sold two of the mares in foal. The vet here a few weeks ago checked a couple of the mares we were a little unsure of and she declared them barren, which left us with one! Lille Rosendals Bianca travelled on the 9th of June 08 to her “husband” Otan v. Lumaud’s Hofke SH477 at the Hedegårdes Stutteri.
Her earliest due date was the 16th May 09
Imagine my surprise then this morning to be greeted with a beautiful filly foal !! Welcome Lille Rosendals Blossom 16/04/09 Sire, Otan v. Lumaud’s Hofke Dam, Lille Rosendals Bianca

As can be seen from the photographs both Mother and Baby are fine She has been checked by the vet and for such an early foal is doing really well.
Pictured below on the 19th of April she obviously didn’t listen to the vet when she said for her to “take it easy”
